As a valued client
of Grantsformation, Inc., you can count on us to fulfill on the
following ten promises:
We will exceed your expectations by providing value and service
with integrity, creativity, and joy.
We will only take on grant writing, training, and consulting projects
that we have demonstrated experience in handling.
We will offer expert advice and coaching in all phases of project
consultation and design, including the areas of budget construction
and program management.
We will be light and easy to work with.
We will set our fees for each project commensurate with our ability,
our experience, and the level of quality you expect.
We will participate in an initial project consultation meeting or
conference call, up to 90 minutes in length, at no charge to you
in order to meet with your organization’s team members; to determine
the client/company fit for the project; to discuss expectations,
fees and timelines; and to outline the elements of the project to
be contracted.
We will be in regular communication with your team via phone, voicemail,
and/or email about the contracted project while under contract to
you.
We will meet all agreed-upon deadline(s) for the contracted project
and we will be in immediate communication by telephone if we encounter
any problem that will impact this promise.
We will happily provide you with a list of client references upon
request.
We will do excellent work for you on every single project.
